Change is consistent. It is always present in life.
Sometimes change is undetectable. This is when you are in tune with the flow of life.
Sometimes change is a struggle, resulting in suffering. Not allowing yourself to move with the flow of life brings feelings of angst, worry, and ‘stuckness’. This is because you are thinking inside the box. This is a very restricted place where life is limited.
When change is abrupt in your life and you are feeling stuck, jump out of this uncomfortable way of living by trying something new. Break free from your regular pattern. Time spent in nature, or doing creative things will help you to release from these feelings. Go on a day trip. Explore a place that you have not seen before. Do that thing that you have always wanted to do, but keep putting it off.
There is no need to suffer through change. Once identified, it is an easy fix. Nurture yourself and enjoy it!
